The Black Women CEO Growth Accelerator is an intimate, six-month business growth experience designed exclusively for 12 Black women entrepreneurs and business owners who are ready to strengthen their businesses, increase their capacity, and turn ambitious goals into measurable results.
This is more than a business development program. It is a trusted and supportive space where Black women CEOs can openly discuss the realities of entrepreneurship, share challenges and concerns, ask difficult questions, receive candid advice and feedback, and learn alongside other women committed to growing sustainable businesses.
Over six months, participants will move from vision to strategy to execution. Each CEO will establish clear business goals, identify the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that matter most to her business, and use those metrics to measure progress and make better decisions.

Revenue growth and financial performance
Business strategy and strategic planning
Government and corporate contracting

Individual Coaching + Group Accountability
Every participant receives six hours of individual coaching during the six-month program, creating dedicated time to work through her specific business goals, challenges, opportunities, and growth strategy.
Participants also benefit from group accountability, creating a community of CEOs who will challenge, encourage, support, and hold one another accountable for making meaningful progress.
